Job Overview

As a Retail Merchandiser Floater, you'll work independently, showcasing your organization and time management skills, establishing retailer relationships, and representing Hallmark. You will collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations. Occasionally, you may service another vendor's product, with detailed instructions and additional time provided.

Salary and Shift Details

• Starting pay between $16.00 - $18.00 depending on shift and location.
• Part-Time position with a variable schedule during the workweek.
• Weekly hours between 5–10 hours.
• Availability during major holidays, including weekends, is required.

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will perform service work in various retail stores, including grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers. The position includes:

• Day-to-day engagement: Restocking, organizing, and monitoring inventory using a mobile device, communicating with supervisors, and interacting professionally with store staff and customers.
• Holiday support: Additional hours and days during holidays like Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, possibly including the actual holiday.
• Department resets: Participating in installations, fixture building, and resets, often with two weeks' notice, including evenings or weekends.
• One Team Vision: Supporting additional work and installation efforts as needed.

Physical Requirements

This demanding role requires high energy, with the ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally. You must be able to stand, walk, stoop, squat, climb stairs, and step ladders throughout your shift.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Capability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to operate hand-held technology and access Wi-Fi/internet.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
