Chuck Latham Associates (CLA) is hiring a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser in Texarkana, TX. The role focuses on promoting multiple product lines in specialty retailers, with hourly pay and mileage/drive time reimbursements and a monthly smart device stipend.

The role requires self-management, strong attention to detail, reliable scheduling, and excellent communication with store staff and clients. A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are needed.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills with smartphone/tablet technology.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule including some weekends.
• Strong communication skills and is personable to interact with CLA team, store associates, and customers.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Quality control by demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.
• Strong organizational skills as demonstrated by an ability to plan and complete multiple priorities.
• Dependability by consistently completing work on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction, and solicits feedback to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising tasks, including compliance checks, improving on shelf availability, POP installs, builds displays, cut ins/resets, and educating staff.
• Promote brand awareness and sales by engaging and educating store associates and customers.
• Build and maintain relationships by serving as a liaison between clients, store associates, and management in stores.
• Visit assigned stores monthly within territory, additional workload dependent on surge projects.
• Use smart device in store to take photos and submit surveys.
• Demo opportunities available on a seasonal basis.
• Communicate and collaborate with supervisor on other duties as assigned.
