Job summary

Chuck Latham Associates (CLA) is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser in Amarillo, TX to promote multiple product lines in specialty retailer stores. The role offers hourly pay plus mileage reimbursement and a monthly smart device stipend, with flexible monthly hours.

The position requires smart device proficiency, reliable transportation, and strong communication with store staff and customers. Prior merchandising experience is a plus, and the role supports a proactive, detail-oriented team

Qualifications

• Must have a smart device/tablet with internet access.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle for work with minimum auto insurance coverage.
• Prior merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising tasks: compliance checks, shelf availability, POP installs, displays, resets, and staff education.
• Promote brand awareness by engaging store staff and customers.
• Build and maintain relationships between clients, store staff, and management in stores.
• Visit assigned stores monthly within territory; workload varies with surge projects.
• Use a smart device in-store to take photos and submit surveys.
• Seasonal demo opportunities may be available.
• Coordinate with supervisor on other duties as assigned.
