Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a part-time Retail Support Merchandiser in Susanville, CA to assist with stock support and project-based merchandising. You will stock, replenish, merchandise, and support store teams to uphold brand standards and visual presentation.

The role requires independent work, strong communication, and attention to detail across multiple store locations. This position offers flexible project-based hours and opportunities to collaborate with leading retail brands.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb and move throughout the retail environment for extended periods.
• Smartphones are required for reporting; IOS: iPhone 11 or newer; Android: 2020 or newer with OS within four versions of latest.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
