Salary and Shift Details

• Starting pay ranges from $13.00 to $14.00 depending on shift and location.
• This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule during the workweek.
• Weekly hours are between 4 to 10 hours.
• Availability during major holidays, including weekends, is required.

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will service various retail stores such as grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers. Key components include:

• Day-to-day engagement: Restocking, organizing, and monitoring inventory using a mobile device, communicating with supervisors, and interacting professionally with store staff and customers.
• Holiday support: Additional hours and days around holidays like Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, including working on holidays.
• Department Resets: Installing fixtures, relocating products, and resetting sections, often scheduled two weeks in advance, possibly during evenings or weekends.
• One Team Vision: Support additional work and installation efforts as needed.

Physical Requirements

This physically demanding role requires energy and urgency, including lifting up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds, along with stooping, squatting, walking, standing, and climbing stairs or ladders.
