Job Overview

As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll work independently, showcasing organization and time management skills, establishing retailer relationships, and representing Hallmark. Responsibilities include collaborating with store teams to optimize product placement, maintaining inventory, supporting seasonal resets, and occasionally servicing other vendors’ products with detailed instructions and additional time provided.

SALARY AND SHIFT DETAILS

• Starting pay ranges from $14.25 to $15.25, depending on shift and location.
• This is a part-time position with a variable schedule during the workweek.
• Weekly hours are between 13 and 15 hours.
• Availability around major holidays, including weekends, is required.

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will service various retail stores such as grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers, managing three main components:

1. Day-to-day engagement: Restocking, organizing, and monitoring inventory using a mobile device, communicating with supervisors, and interacting professionally with store staff and customers.
2. Holiday support: Increased hours and days around major holidays, with some work on holidays themselves.
3. Department Resets: Participating in installations and resets, often with advance notice, which may include evenings or weekends.

Physical Requirements

This physically demanding role requires energy, the ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally, and to perform tasks such as stooping, squatting, walking, standing, and climbing stairs or ladders.
