Job Overview

As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and represent Hallmark. Your responsibilities include collaborating with store teams to optimize product placement, maintaining inventory, supporting seasonal resets and installations, and possibly servicing other vendors' products with provided instructions and additional budgeted time. Salary and Shift Details

• Starting pay ranges from $14.50 to $15.50 depending on shift and location.
• This is a part-time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Weekly hours are between 6–8 hours.
• Availability around major holidays, including weekends, is required.

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will perform service work in various retail stores, managing Hallmark displays, restocking, organizing, and inventory monitoring using a mobile device. Responsibilities include seasonal support during holidays, store resets involving fixture installation and department reorganization, and supporting additional tasks as needed.

Physical Requirements

This role is physically demanding, requiring high energy and urgency. You must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally, and be able to stand, walk, stoop, squat, climb stairs, and step ladders throughout the day.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Capability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to operate hand-held technology and access Wi-Fi and internet.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
