Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and product launches.
7. Represent Mondelēz positively in stores.

Compensation and Benefits

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to use work-related applications on personal device.
• Physical ability to perform tasks like lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional over 50 lbs, moving products.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Santa Rosa, CA, or secondary locations in Rhonert Park and Petaluma, CA.
• Open availability including weekends.
