Job Description: Retail Associate at Marshalls

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and embodying our customer experience principles.
2. Maintain a clean, organized store environment and adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
3. Support multiple store areas as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
4. Support store recovery and uphold cleanliness standards throughout the day.
5. Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
6. Accurately process transactions, returns, and merchandise preparations following company procedures.
7. Participate in safety and shrink reduction initiatives.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Effective teamwork with peers and supervisors.
• Retail experience preferred.
