You’ll engage with attendees, learn customer needs, and schedule free in-home consultations. This frontline, people‑centered role offers paid training, weekly pay, uncapped bonus potential, mileage reimbursement, and a clear path to leadership.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; comfort talking with people is key.
• Weekends required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and reliable mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage attendees in a friendly, natural conversation.
• Learn homeowners’ window and door needs and communicate product benefits.
• Invite interested homeowners to enter giveaways and learn more.
• Represent Renewal by Andersen products confidently.
• Schedule free in-home consultations with the Sales team.
• Assist with event setup and breaking down displays (lifting up to 30 lbs).
