This frontline role offers paid training, weekly pay, base hourly earnings, and uncapped bonus potential, with a flexible schedule and growth opportunities into full-time or leadership positions.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; comfort talking with people is key.
• Weekends required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing and reliable mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for event setup.

Responsibilities

• Engage attendees in a friendly, natural manner.
• Learn product details and discuss homeowners’ window/door needs.
• Generate leads by inviting attendees to enter giveaways.
• Represent Renewal by Andersen brand at events and retail locations.
• Set up free in-home consultation appointments with the Sales team.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown (lifting up to 30 lbs).
