Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a part-time Windsor Manager in Training to work in Lubbock, TX. You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, coach a team of stylists, and help manage payroll, shrink and expenses to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or evidence of team guidance (1+ year retail management or 6 months at Windsor).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coaching diverse stylists.
• Customer service focus with ability to drive store performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as part of the sales-directing team and build brand loyalty.
• Assist Store Manager in talent recruitment and onboarding to ensure retention.
• Plan and own daily operations on the sales floor to meet KPIs and maintain store standards.
• Lead and coach a team of up to 25 stylists with recognition, feedback and development.
• Uphold Windsor policies, ethics and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Promote Windsor values and foster a culture of respect and ownership.
