The ideal candidate is genuinely good with people and is reliable. Experience in retail or food service is welcome but not required, as training will be provided. Evening and weekend shifts are required, along with being comfortable on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Warm, present, and unhurried under busy conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Preferably 21 or older for self-pour tap wall supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the retail counter.
• Ring sales accurately and handle transactions.
• Welcome guests into the Smokehouse Lounge.
• Keep the retail floor and lounge clean and stocked.
• Help with product stocking and labeling.
