Claire's in Blackwood, NJ is seeking a part-time, non-exempt team member to drive sales and deliver memorable customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will upsell accessories, join piercing training, maintain store displays, and support the Store Manager while representing the Claire's brand.

The role requires at least one year of retail experience, strong communication skills, and a flexible, customer‑first mindset.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Ability to stand during shifts and lift 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver next-level customer experiences and drive sales.
• Assist with piercing training, cleanliness, and aftercare guidance.
• Maintain store displays and organized inventory for easy shopping.
• Support Store Manager and motivate the team.
• Represent the brand and stay current with fashion trends.
• Oversee store operations including cash handling and visual merchandising.
