Job summary

Hurley Retail LLC is seeking a Part-Time Lead (Keyholder) for Tampa Premium Outlets. The role supports store management to meet sales targets and maintain premium customer service and store standards at the Tampa location.

Responsibilities include restocking, merchandising, and assisting with shipments, while upholding Hurley standards. You may work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with opportunities to lead in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards.
• Provide premium customer service and product knowledge.
• Handle daily restock, merchandising, and store opening/closing duties.
• Support shipments, back-of-house operations, and coordination with store manager.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence and collaborate with partners on planning.
