Hurley in Tampa Premium Outlets is seeking a Part-Time Lead (Keyholder) to support store management, drive sales, and uphold brand standards. You will engage with customers, train staff, and help ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, strong English communication, and a courteous, proactive attitude. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Courteous and helpful attitude.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Assist store management and lead by example to achieve sales targets.
• Provide premium customer service and maintain store standards.
• Restock daily and ensure merchandising standards are met.
• Support front of house, back of house, shipping and receiving as needed.
• Open and close the store and coordinate with the Store Manager on shipments.
