Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail sales experience.
• Proven track record of sales generation and customer service.
• Interest in fashion and trend awareness required.
• Strong computer skills—proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Motivate sales team to meet and exceed individual and store KPIs.
• Support Store Manager in achieving total store goals and KPIs.
• Educate team on sales plan, goals and store statistics; motivate results.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and hit personal sales targets.
• Maintain customer-service focus and coach on clienteling standards.
• Develop knowledge of brand history and product details to assist sales.
• Oversee POS transactions, deposits, and daily cash handling.
• Ensure merchandising standards and clean, attractive presentation.
• Communicate sales reports and participate in weekly manager calls.
