Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active, hands‑on role on the sales floor. Develop and maintain disciplined clienteling processes and standards, ensuring full associate participation and followthrough. Build deep product expertise — fit, fabric, construction, and the story behind the denim — and coach the team to sell it with confidence. Handle escalated customer concerns with poise, resolving them in the brand’s favor. Ensure the sales floor always meets Company standards in merchandising, visual presentation, and housekeeping. Drive the Business SALES & PROFITABILITY Own the number. Develop and execute plans to achieve personal, store, and profitability goals in a commissioned selling environment. Partner with the District Manager to plan the business and build a monthly calendar of events and appointments that drive traffic and sales. Build weekly schedules that align coverage to traffic and maximize selling potential and store performance. Manage inventory movement and receipts, and set the standard for a neat, organized stockroom with safe, efficient access to product. Monitor inventory levels and partner with the District Manager to maximize sales through replenishment and clear communication of product needs.
