ZWILLING is seeking a part-time Retail Keyholder to join our Colorado retail team. The role focuses on customer service, leadership by example, and culinary passion to drive sales and store presentation.

The ideal candidate will handle shift leadership, opening/closing, POS operations, and events support, while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for nights/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Culinary passion required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional attitude and adaptability.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift 35 lbs or more and comfortable using a ladder.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Shift leadership responsibilities.
• Store opening/closing with POS and asset management.
• Partner with manager on day-to-day business needs.
• Efficiently process replenishment to maintaininventory levels.
• Provide stellar customer service to maximize sales and elevate customer experience.
• Maintain optimal product presentation in accordance with set standards.
• Execute product demonstrations and special events.
• Partner with the Events Manager on special events.
