Uniform Advantage is hiring a Part-Time Retail Key Holder to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service in Columbus, OH. You will assist with opening and closing the store, processing sales, merchandising, and customer support.

The role requires retail or customer service experience, strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and flexible availability including weekends. Hourly pay starts at $15.50 with a monthly bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must pass background screening, drug test screening, and assessment test.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and sales support
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and recommendations
• Operate POS system for sales, returns, and exchanges
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling
• Maintain store organization, stocking, and visual merchandising
• Support pricing updates, promotions, and displays
• Handle multiple customers and tasks during busy periods
• Assist with occasional offsite retail events (pop-ups)
