Job summary

West Virginia State Parks is seeking a part-time Retail Office Associate at the Charleston HQ to process retail invoices, prepare receiving reports, code invoices, and handle payment processing for our branded merchandise network.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and comfortable navigating spreadsheets, databases, and point-of-sale systems; occasional travel for inventory at parks may be required. Regular attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing invoices and using basic office equipment.
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process retail invoices and prepare receiving reports.
• Code invoices and scan documents for payment processing.
• Ensure invoices are filed and matched with receiving reports.
• Process IGT/invoices for payments by check/ EFT.
• Travel to state parks for periodic inventory checks as needed.
• Prepare and send correspondence via email, letters, and memoranda.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other office duties as assigned.
