Job summary

MICRO CENTER is seeking self-motivated, results oriented Retail Inventory Specialists for part-time weekend shifts in our big box computer store. You will load/unload merchandise, replenish stock, and maintain clean, organized areas while assisting customers.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and strong customer service skills. Shifts may include mornings, nights, weekends and holidays. Prior retail or warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple customers.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Shifts include hours before and after the store is open to the public, including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Retail customer service or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the 18-minute Web Pick-Up processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including pick-packs and backhauls.
• Maintain department and store with clean areas, stocking, replenishment and merchandising.
