2020 Companies, in partnership with Starlink, are hiring part-time Retail Sales & Activation Specialists to support Best Buy in Morgantown, WV. You’ll engage shoppers, demonstrate Starlink services, and recommend solutions. The role emphasizes a tech-first mindset, reliable weekend availability, and a professional brand presence.

Training is provided online or at the store. Pay is $17/hr base with up to $4/hr performance bonus, totaling up to $21/hr.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of sales/retail/electronics experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Own a smartphone with current OS and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and demonstrate Starlink services to meet needs.
• Build trust and drive sales by recommending optimal Starlink plans.
• Represent 2020 Companies and Starlink professionally in-store.
• Hit or exceed sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Collaborate with fellow associates and leadership to maintain a positive environment.
• Track customer interactions and submit daily reports on mobile.
