Job summary

Red Wing Shoes is hiring for a part-time role in Maryland. You will promote the Red Wing brand through professional selling, build loyalty and relationships, and guide customers through our Ultimate Fit Experience while striving to meet daily sales goals.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and a willingness to learn. The position includes a 401(k) match, discounts, and well-being benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be age 18+ within 30 days of application
• 1-2 years relevant experience
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• Retail footwear experience is desirable

Responsibilities

• Guide each customer through RWSC’s Ultimate Fit Experience
• Provide appropriate accessory recommendations and educate customers on benefits
• Achieve and exceed daily productivity and sales goals
• Maintain the integrity of the sales floor presentation, store signage, and housekeeping standards
• Maintain proficiency with product knowledge, technical, and operating standards
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and legal regulations
• Provide direct support in the daily operations of the retail store
