Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder or Retail Supervisor is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal contexts.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to deliver expert advice on Skechers products and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Retail Leadership: Supervise daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, with strong operational standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members to grow in entry-level retail roles.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory routines in coordination with store management.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth customer experience.
