The role requires friendly, outgoing individuals who can motivate teams, promote product sales, and create an engaging store experience. Basic computer skills are desired, with availability for up to 28 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in event marketing, demonstrations, customer service, sales, retail/grocery, or coaching for improvement.
• Able to work up to 28 hours; Thursday - Monday.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing up to 6 hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-store training to Event Specialists.
• Support onboarding of new team members.
