Advantage Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Field Trainer in Powell, OH to deliver in-store training to Event Specialists and support onboarding for new teammates. The candidate should have 2-3 years experience in event marketing, customer service, or retail coaching, with the ability to work up to 28 hours per week and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in event marketing, demonstrations, customer service, sales, retail/grocery, or coaching for improvement.
• Preferred supervisory experience.
• Able to work up to 28 hours per week (Thu–Mon).
• Comfortable coaching for improvement from a positive point of view.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-store training to Event Specialists.
