Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Part Time Retail Field Trainer in Milwaukee, WI to deliver in-store training to Event Specialists and support onboarding for new teammates. You will foster strong relationships with store personnel and coach for improvement in a positive manner.

The role requires 2–3 years of related experience, a self-starter attitude, and comfort engaging with the public to recommend product sales. Expect up to 28 hours per week across 5 shifts (Thursday–Monday).

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in event marketing, demonstrations, customer service, sales, retail/grocery, or coaching for improvement.
• Prefer supervisory experience.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently to achieve goals.
• Comfortable engaging with the public and recommending product sales.
