Overview

The Retail Employee / Project Specialist is responsible for performing a range of duties that ensure our customers have an amazing experience, whether shopping in our store or picking up an order. Schedules for this part-time role include daytime, evenings, weekends, and early mornings.

Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and greet customers as a Host at the front entrance or throughout the store.
  2. Engage with customers, suggesting solutions to their organizational challenges.
  3. Design and sell custom closets and other storage solutions.
  4. Provide excellent customer service at the register and enroll customers in our rewards program.
  5. Assist with merchandise processing during early mornings or evenings as per schedule.
  6. Maintain the sales floor according to brand standards, keeping shelves full and organized.
  7. Support carryout services, including curbside or in the parking lot/garage.
  8. Assist with store cleaning routines, including dusting, restroom maintenance, and vacuuming.
  9. Process customer orders for curbside pickup and/or delivery.
  10. Organize and maintain the stockroom to support sales efforts.
  11. Perform tasks accurately and timely, adhering to role expectations with attention to detail.
  12. Actively engage with customers to solve their organizational challenges.

Qualifications:
