Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Display Installer in Weatherford, TX 76087 and surrounding areas. You will visit stores to place, assemble, maintain, and troubleshoot promotional displays, reporting back with photos and surveys for each visit.

The role emphasizes independence with teamwork, requires a valid driver's license, and offers paid training, PTO accrual, and potential for higher-rate tech projects. Remote work is not involved.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independence and teamwork: comfortable working independently and collaboratively when needed.
• Tech-ready: Internet access, Wi-Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS, laptop/desktop access, and basic hand-held tools.
• Travel ability: valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle; travel will be required to perform responsibilities.
• Physical ability: stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Store visits: complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
• Purpose: ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Reporting: submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and photos for each store visit.
