Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Display Installer in Erie, PA to complete store projects across the assigned territory. You will ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays and report back with photos.

The role offers paid training, bi-weekly W2 pay, a 401(k) match, travel reimbursement, and PTO accrual. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Weekends are not required.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Handle all levels of merchandising work within territory with versatility.
• Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams with precision.
• Work independently and with a small team when needed.
• Have internet access, handheld tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled device; laptop/desktop is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for travel.
• Be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Store visits: complete projects at major retail stores within assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of displays.
• Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Scheduling: up to 15 hours per week, Monday-Friday; 8:00am–6:00pm; no weekends.
• Travel opportunities: potential for more hours for larger regions or traveling.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
