Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to work in Fort Smith, AR and surrounding areas. You will visit major retail stores to set up and maintain electronics and home tech displays, ensuring proper placement and maintenance.

The role requires up to 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with no evenings or weekends. Compensation is $18.00 per hour for general merchandising, with higher rates on additional technical projects.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable
• Attention to detail and ability to follow complex display diagrams
• Ability to work independently and in small teams
• Comfort with travel within the Fort Smith area and surrounding region

Responsibilities

• Visit stores to set up and maintain product displays including electronics, appliances, tablets, laptops, and more
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and photos for each visit
• Report hours and activity within the assigned territory, up to 20 hours per week
