Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to cover Fairborn, OH and surrounding areas. You will complete projects at major retail stores, ensure proper display placement and maintenance, and submit same-day surveys with photos after each visit.

Position offers up to 25 hours per week, weekdays 8:00am–5:00pm, with potential additional hours for larger regions or travel. W2 employment with weekly pay and per diems is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Independent and teamwork: comfortable working independently and with a small team when needed.
• Tech-ready: internet access and a Wi‑Fi enabled device with latest OS.
• Travel ability: valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Visit major retail stores within the assigned territory to complete projects.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
