Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Display Installer in Franklin, IN to visit major retail stores within the assigned territory and ensure proper placement, assembly, and maintenance of promotional displays. The role requires scheduling up to 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with no weekends or evenings.

Paid training is provided, and compensation starts at $19.00 per hour for general merchandising, with higher rates for additional technical projects.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.

Responsibilities

• Visit major retail stores within the assigned territory to complete projects.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
