Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser for Quakertown, PA 18951 and the surrounding area to enhance the in-store experience. You will complete store visits and ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.

This role offers up to 10 hours per week with a Monday-Thursday schedule, no weekends or evenings. Benefits include weekly pay, optional 401(k) with company match, travel reimbursement, paid training, and PTO accrual.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising or related store experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow display diagrams.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Visit major retail stores within the territory to set up and maintain displays.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with photos after each visit.
• Report issues and feedback to the home office.
