ActionLink in Baxter, MN is seeking a Part-Time Retail Display Installer for electronics to support major retail stores in the Baxter area. This role involves visiting stores, assembling, maintaining, and troubleshooting promotional displays across an assigned territory.

Applicants should have merchandising experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a small team. Travel within a 100-mile radius may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or retail experience is highly desirable.
• Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Comfortable working independently and with a small team.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle for travel within a 100-mile radius.
• Able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
