Job summary

ActionLink in Kokomo, IN is seeking a Part-Time Retail Display Installer to visit major retail stores within an assigned territory and ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays. You will represent a variety of clients and work under predefined display diagrams.

Roles include up to 25 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with no weekends. W2 employment, weekly pay, paid training, 401(k) with company match, and travel reimbursement are

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or related retail experience preferred.
• Ability to follow complex display diagrams and instructions.
• Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Internet access, GPS-enabled device, and basic handheld tools.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores to complete merchandising projects in assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with photos after each visit.
• Work up to 25 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm; no weekends.
• Travel to additional regions or larger areas as needed.
