Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to service La Mars IA and surrounding areas. You will visit stores, ensure proper display placement, and troubleshoot promotional setups.

The role involves up to 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, with no weekends or evenings. W2 employment includes weekly pay, 401(k) with company match, mileage reimbursement, paid training, and PTO accruing weekly.

Qualifications

• Prior merchandising or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to visit multiple stores within an assigned territory.
• Comfort with following written instructions and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Visit major retail stores within the territory to set up and maintain displays.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and photos after each visit.
• Travel to stores using personal vehicle; maintain flexibility for additional regional travel as needed.
