Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and endure frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Stock and replenish merchandise; unload trucks as needed.
• Keep the store clean; maintain bathrooms and neat presentation.
• Provide a safe, respectful environment and professional interactions.
