Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales transactions, and maintain store upkeep and safety on a part-time, on-site basis.

You’ll contribute to stocking, merchandising, and cleaning, while ensuring a friendly, efficient environment for customers and associates alike. Prior retail or service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred in retail or similar environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent walking/standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform general cleaning and restocking duties as needed.
