Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience in our Hilliard, OH location. You will assist customers, process transactions, stock merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe store environment to support daily operations.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and sustain frequent movement and lifting activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
• Keep store clean, restock bathrooms, sweep and mop floors, take out trash, and keep areas neat.
