Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Mountain Grove, MO is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales transactions, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Follow policies to ensure a presentable store.
• Other duties as assigned.
