Dollar Tree Stores INC in Warr Acres, Oklahoma is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to assist customers, process transactions, and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

You will handle the cash register, stock shelves, and ensure cleanliness and safety while providing friendly service to shoppers. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Flexibility, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs are beneficial for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and trash disposal.
