Family Dollar in Tecumseh, Nebraska is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will help customers with questions and recommendations, and handle transactions at the register.

Responsibilities include stocking, unloading trucks, keeping the store clean and organized, protecting cash and assets, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment for customers and team members. This role is part-time with opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail/service experience in customer-facing roles highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
