Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Springhill, LA. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and welcoming.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety of cash, maintaining store cleanliness, and aiding with merchandise unloading and restocking while delivering friendly service to customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations

• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal
• Other duties as assigned
