Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of South Dakota LLC seeks a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. The role involves assisting customers, handling transactions, stocking, unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

You will interact with customers and colleagues in a friendly, professional manner while following company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
