Dollar Tree, Inc. in El Campo, TX is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, and help keep the store stocked and orderly.

Responsibilities include unloading deliveries, replenishing stock, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding safety and respectful interactions with customers and team members. Part-time hours and a supportive team await.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, trash removal, and neat presentation.
• Other duties as assigned*.
