Job summary

Dollar Tree is hiring a Customer Service Associate to provide excellent shopping experiences in our Delano, CA store. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the cash register, and help keep shelves stocked and merchandise replenished.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods. Part-time position with a focus on teamwork and friendly customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
