Job Overview: The Customer Service position is responsible for providing accurate product knowledge, quality, and excellent customer service. The role requires 10-20 hours per week with open availability for days, evenings, and weekends.

Essential Functions:

• Provide excellent service to customers.
• Treat all team members, vendors, and customers with courtesy and respect.
• Greet and assist customers positively, answer questions, resolve concerns, and suggest solutions, including add-on sales when appropriate.
• Perform customer service tasks such as key cutting, propane filling, register operation, and rental assistance.
• Handle point-of-sale services: running register, bagging, assisting with loading, and answering inquiries.
• Maintain department organization: inventory fronting, facing, and cleanliness.
• Ensure proper stock levels, monitor inventory, adjust as needed, and complete purchase orders.
• Conduct cycle counts and update prices as assigned.
• Assist with opening and closing the store.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, including cleaning, trash removal, parking lot, sidewalk sweeping, and snow removal.
• Prioritize customer needs and ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in other departments as necessary and follow all policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position does not manage any direct employees.
