Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Ashburn, GA store and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store safe and welcoming.

You’ll stock shelves, receive merchandise, unload trucks, and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store. Strong customer service, communication, and reliability are essential; lifting 30–50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment; interact professionally.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms; sweep and mop.
• Other duties as assigned.
